LKQ Academy IMI MOT Annual Assessment
Annually 65,000 MOT Tester in the UK must complete 3 hours of training and a 1 hour online assessment.
The MOT Annual Training and Assessment (CPD) Year runs from the 1st April 2023 to the 31st March 2024 meaning you must complete your Training and Assessment within these dates.
Am I in date ?
If you completed your MOT Annual Training and Assessment before the 1st April 2023, you are out of date and need to take the 23/24 Training and Assessment.
If you completed your MOT Annual Training and Assessment After the 1st April 2023 you are in date and no action is required until the 1st April 2024.

What happens if I don’t complete by the 1 April 2024
You MOT login will be deactivated and you will need to take the 24/25 Annual Training and Assessment have the DVSA sign you off (VT8)
